Esse \u00e9 o conceito de um novo empreendimento que surge em Porto Alegre como algo inusitado e trazendo uma proposta de valor. Todos os detalhes e materiais nobres foram minuciosamente pensados e escolhidos a dedo. E pensando em baixo custo de manuten\u00e7\u00e3o e alto padr\u00e3o de acabamento, um dos personagens principais foi o Quartzito, uma rocha natural exuberante mais resistente que o granito e com veios suaves que lembram o m\u00e1rmore. \u00c9 uma rocha\u00a0 muito vers\u00e1til podendo ser utilizada com total seguran\u00e7a em qualquer projeto. \u00c9 aut\u00eantico e dur\u00e1vel, esse material possui perfeito equil\u00edbrio entre forma, cor, textura e aplicabilidade.<\/p>\n

” A escolha de materiais \u00e9 muito complexa. Ideias surgem e s\u00e3o elaboradas junto ao cliente. A participa\u00e7\u00e3o do cliente \u00e9 muito importante nesse processo de pesquisa e escolha.
\nSurgiu ent\u00e3o a ideia de utilizar esse material, o Quartzito Montblanc.\u00a0\u00c9 um material sensacional, isso \u00e9 incontest\u00e1<\/strong>vel.<\/strong>\u00a0N\u00f3s conhec\u00edamos ele de revistas, mas nunca t\u00ednhamos utilizado em projetos do escrit\u00f3rio. Quando come\u00e7amos a pesquisar o material, num primeiro momento achei que ele teria baixa resist\u00eancia e poderia ser muito poroso por ser muito parecido com o m\u00e1rmore, mas depois descobrimos que era mais resistente que o granito. Abriu-se um leque de possibilidades. Ele poderia ser usado em paredes e tamb\u00e9m no piso, em qualquer lugar. Ent\u00e3o come\u00e7amos a trabalhar no projeto de arquitetura de interiores com ele. Em princ\u00edpio usar\u00edamos o material combinado com preto, mas o escrit\u00f3rio optou por utiliz\u00e1-lo sozinho por sua beleza e perfeita combina\u00e7\u00e3o com os pain\u00e9is e marcos de madeira. Revestimos quase que completamente os ambientes do pr\u00e9dio com esse material sensacional e seus veios leves que ca\u00edram como uma luva no projeto. Usamos ele fosco e tamb\u00e9m brilhante.
